Customers can return products within 30 days of receiving a product to receive a refund or exchange
Note: For on demand orders, they are all custom made and we cannot re-stock anything returned or exchanged. Once returned, their products are considered trash.
· State that returns will be processed once we have validated the return (for CD’s or merch), which can take up to 10-14 business days.

· Shipping will only be refunded if an order is cancelled before the product is sent out or we made the mistake. If the customer is simply unsatisfied, then we can process a refund, but only for the price of the item and not the entire order which may include shipping and tax.
